Very delayed review, apologies! Short answer, amazing adventures, fantastic guide and good value too. 10/10 in all categories. Start of June this year Ao Experience organised a waveski/kayak surfing experience for my niece, my sister, her partner and myself. Wow what a day, met Alessandro at Famara, where his energy and enthusiasm helped to dispel the fear and anxiety of facing 2/3ft waves with a modest onshore wind. While us adults had a play (after the safety briefing of course), Alessandro patiently helped my niece to catch her first wave on the Kalua inflatable waveski and she was stoked. He was there to help her when needed and was able to give her confidence a boost. Conditions were not perfect but the company was brilliant. Lots of laughs, an adventurous and potentially dangerous activity, delivered with the perfect mix of safety and fun. I have found very few places that offer this kind of bespoke outing as waveski/kayak surfing doesn't have many "surf schools" as such. Ao Experience having this available was the reason my family chose Lanzarote as our destination and we were not disapointed. As before, 10/10 for everything. Really enjoyed my kayaking experience recently with the excellent instructor Alessandro! He guided us through the whole experience and safety was always at the top of his mind. We did a 4 hr kayak to Playa Papagayo as a family of 5. It was a really great day with lots of really interesting information about the area and coast and history. Very calm child friendly trip. Alesandro was so patient with our youngest child and even took him on his kayak for the trip home to stop him arguing with his siblings! Made his day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We just finished our trip and it was amazing! The snorkeling was the highlight — absolutely beautiful. Booking was super easy and there was no pressure from Alessandro at all. Thanks for this introduction into surfkayaking. It is a bit different compared to surfing with a seakayak. Alessandro ist a great teacher. Based on his explanantions and feedback I have made good improvement. I can highly recommend it to experencied kayakers.

My sister and I had a beginner’s  Paddle-boarding session on Playa Flamingo today. And we absolutely loved it. Alessandra is a fantastic tutor. None of us had ever been paddle-boarding and he had us both standing and paddling with growing confidence before the end of the lesson! … and to provide some context I am a 60 year old woman who is a little apprehensive about water!! It was an amazing experience I would recommend AO! In the blink of an eye!
